Establishment of WASH service centers (wsc) in Hammam Alil and Salamiya sub-disticts
Aim of the project:
Providing IDPs living in HAA1, HAA2 and SAL2 camps with essential WASH services, encompassing priority activities set by the WASH cluster, which include access to safe water through the operation and maintenance of water supply network and distribution areas, maintenance of sanitation facilities including their operation and maintenance, assessing options of handing strategy. As well as the scale up of hygiene promotion activities, that actively promote hand washing at critical times, sanitation, promote safe water chain and support safe solid waste disposal.
